Colt New Police .32 - Collector's Information, Serial Number 12361, New Police / Police Positive .32  Police Cartridge (ca. 1901), Factory Nickel Plated with Mother of Pearl Stocks

 

Colt New Police Serial Number 12361 with 4" barrel - Factory nickel finish with fire blue small parts and factory plain mother of pearl stocks.  Pistol was shipped in a five gun shipment to M. Hartley & Co, New York, NY, January 22, 1901.

Colt Police Positive Serial Number 12361 with 4" barrel - right side.  Front site is standard early rounded type.  The trigger,rear of the hammer and frame screws are fire blued.
